4 Week Butterfly Immersion Breathwork

From the egg, to the caterpillar, the chrysalis, to the butterfly; these four weeks of breathwork are meant to be an immersion from what was known to something new and unfamiliar. A learning to trust in the unfolding, the flow of life and breath. Listen to your innate wisdom to move forward in your life with grace. Feel empowered in transitioning to what is next, and learn about the importance of conscious breathing, one breathe at a time. Many different breathwork techniques will be explored including two conscious connected breathwork sessions.
