Due to the live format of this course all fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. To preserve the privacy, comfort, and psychological safety of all participants in our live learning environment, students are strictly prohibited from recording, screen-capturing, ripping, or distributing audio or video from the live sessions. This course is delivered live via Zoom and begins promptly at the scheduled time. Students are entirely responsible for securing a stable internet connection, a working webcam, and clear audio equipment. Integrative mental health coaching focuses on optimizing your current well-being, exploring mindfulness, and supporting lifestyle factors that impact mood. While providing coaching modalities I do not diagnose, treat, or cure mental health disorders, clinical conditions, or psychological illnesses. Coaching sessions are not a substitute for psychotherapy or psychiatric medication management.

Deep, conscious connected breathing and breath retention alter your nervous system, heart rate, and blood pressure.
