
Jill Manos is a trauma informed Yoga Therapist whose work is grounded in compassion, lived experience, and the mind-body connection. Drawing from her training in yoga therapy, Nia Technique, and holistic practices, she supports clients in building a more accepting relationship with themselves.
Jill creates a safe, supportive space to explore both comfort and discomfort, helping clients reconnect with their bodies, process emotions, and cultivate greater presence and self-trust. LGBTQIA++ aligned. Jill's intention as a Yoga Therapist is to hold space for clients to be able to be with any feelings and sensations that are present and to be seen there without the need to change or fix anything. She strives to give clients the opportunity to connect with what is beneath the surface and feel heard.
She is currently offering 3 separate 4-week courses, meeting once a week, designed to help you build a consistent practice and deepen your mind-body connection.

Nicole began her education studying integrated physiology, where her curious mind and scientific soul were ignited. Her passion for holistic health & somatic practices and her personal journey healing complex trauma has allowed a myriad of modalities to enter and influence her life and work. Continued training in nutrition therapy, trauma informed yoga, reiki, and breathwork facilitation have allowed her to hold space with deep empathy and compassion. Infinite love in her heart and time for the human condition, philosophy, spirituality, and the art of slowing down. Her life’s calling is to help shift the consciousness of humanity, one breath at a time. Guided by intuition Nicole hopes to help her clients connect with their own inner healer, providing nourishing support to those that feel overwhelmed by a world in motion.
